Can I change the date or cancel my tour / experience?Updated 2 years ago

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for our public tours. You can reschedule your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the event. To do so please contact [email protected] with your booking reference, our team will get back to you within 1 business day. For any changes within the 24-hour notice period, a fee of 50% of the ticket price per person will be charged. If you're unable to attend your booking, we recommend nominating someone else to take your place. No notification is required for change of attendee name, simply show tickets on arrival.
