How long is Starward Whisky aged for?Updated 2 years ago

Just like the famous saying goes, 'Age is just a number'... and we firmly believe that here at Starward. All of Starward's core range whiskies have been aged for a minimum of three years, and that's because we're blessed with Melbourne's wild weather, which allows our whisky to mature at a faster rate than other regions (e.g Scotland or Tasmania). This is because our hot summers and cool winters allow the barrels to expand and constrict, causing more barrel-liquid interaction and faster maturation. Therefore, you won't find a 20 year old Melbourne whisky, but it's certainly mature for it's age ;) When it comes to our innovative Projects and Small Batch releases, age statements will vary for each whisky.
