Can I change my delivery address?

We understand mistakes happen. Please email us at [email protected] ASAP with your order number, name, and the address correction needed. However, if the package has already left our distillery, we may not be unable to help change the address. We

We've recently made some updates to our whisky bottles and no longer feature a unique bottle code for accessing additional information about our product and production process. We've streamlined our online experience to provide comprehensive details

How long does delivery take for Personalise Whisky?

Create a truly unique experience with Starward's personalised whisky. Adding your personal touch to our whisky requires an extra 1-2 days due to the care and attention we put into each customisation.

Which carrier does Starward use to ship all orders?

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and traceable via their website. Once your order has been shipped the tracking number will be sent to your inbox.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Unfortunately we don't currently ship to New Zealand. Our core range is available in select New Zealand retailers but our Personalised bottle can only be posted within Australia.

Can I send a whisky as a gift directly to the recipient?

Who wouldn't love an Australian whisky as a gift!. All orders come with a packing slip with no price mention, meaning you can send your gift directly to friends and family. All orders come in our cool Starward packaging, or you can opt to add a gift

Can I collect my order from the distillery?

Regrettably, we do not currently offer the option to pick up orders from the distillery. If you are not available to receive your delivery, it will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection.

Where is my order?

If you're unsure where your order is, why it may be taking a tad long, or just a general update on it, you can have a look where it is through AusPost! You can check either through the app or the confirmation email sent from AusPost.
